Her story
A welcome that gave us a home

From Serbia to Ireland — with gratitude.

Hi, I'm Ollie. I came to Ireland from Serbia a few years ago, and from the very beginning I felt welcomed with kindness, support, and open arms.

This country gave my family a home, and Little Fairy is my way of giving something meaningful back to the community that welcomed us so warmly.

Little Fairy is not just a product. It is a community idea — born from real moments shared with the families, neighbours and friends who became part of our story.

Sixteen years in the room

Experience, training & care.

Before starting Little Fairy, I spent more than 16 years working in hospitality, customer service, sales and event environments — including management roles supporting families and organising celebrations for many different occasions.

Education, food safety, and allergen awareness sit at the heart of everything I prepare — because when celebrations involve children, schools, kindergartens, and shared spaces, transparency and safety matter most.

  • HACCP training certified
  • Allergen-awareness certifications
  • Years of hands-on event & family-celebration management
The moments that shaped the idea

The same challenges, again and again.

Through years of working with families and venues, I kept seeing the same situations repeat — small problems that quietly turned celebration days into stressful ones.

a

Cakes that couldn't be shared because of allergies or dietary restrictions.

b

Extra stress when guests needed gluten-free, sugar-free, vegan or alternative options.

c

Venues that don't allow traditional cakes to be brought in.

d

Summer celebrations where cakes melt and fridge space disappears.

e

Events where dessert is already included — but families still feel they must bring a cake.

f

Parents trying to organise everything while supervising and entertaining children at once.

"

These are real situations many families recognise — and carton cakes offer a real solution.

An idea from home, brought to Ireland

Carton cakes — a celebration concept.

Carton cakes are inspired by a celebration concept from my homeland, where they became especially popular after COVID — when families started looking for safer, cleaner, and more flexible ways to celebrate together.

Over time, they proved to be practical, inclusive, and easy to use in many environments — especially in schools and kindergartens, where traditional cakes are often difficult to manage.

Bringing this idea to Ireland means introducing something new that already proved it works beautifully in real life — supporting birthdays, school celebrations, communions, graduations, weddings, family gatherings, outdoor events and community moments across Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Because pets are family, too

Maple — our inspiration.

Maple, our German Shepherd, is also part of my inspiration. As a pet owner myself, I know pets are family members too — and they deserve their own celebration moments as well.

That is why Little Fairy includes special options created especially for them. Because they truly matter.

From Super Pet Fairy creations to Pet Party upgrades — every Little Fairy moment can include the four-legged members of your family.

Growing together

The best businesses grow together with the people around them.

I am always happy to hear suggestions, wishes, ideas, and feedback. I truly enjoy meeting families at markets and events, supporting local initiatives, building friendships through celebrations, and creating something meaningful together with the community.

For me, the most important success is simple — seeing smiles, solving real problems, and creating magical moments that people remember.

Little Fairy carton cakes are inspired by an idea already trusted and loved in my homeland, and today I am proud to introduce this new celebration option to Ireland and Northern Ireland as something different, practical, inclusive, and special.

Welcome to the Little Fairy story.

If you are looking for something new, thoughtful, flexible, and truly unique for your celebration, I would be honoured to create it together with you.
